When your playing tennis, the body generates energy mostly through ATP/CP. The average percentage is 70% ATP/CP, 20% Glycolytic, and 10% Oxidative. This information is essential when it comes to proper sport specific training.

Your program will even factor in appropriate rest times based on actual tennis matches. Recognizing the average point is around 8-10 seconds of play and followed by a possible twenty-five second rest, we utilize this information and condition you to be accustomed to this even during severe sports conditioning.
