Football skills involve multiple joint actions of the hips, knees, and ankles. We will increase acceleration of your joint actions to maximize proper execution of blocking and tackling, throwing, and running.

Your position in football will also be a major factor in your conditioning program. Different positions require different percentages of the available energy pathways. To give an example, offense and defensive lines, linebackers, and special teams are usually 70% ATP/CP and 30% Glycolytic. Compare this with wide receivers, tight-ends, and quarterbacks which receives energy demands 80% ATP/CP and 20% glycolytic. Even a players body fat is different for each position. Linemen should try to maintain a 10-15% body fat while backs should hold only 7 to 12% body fat.
